V4 abre no IE mas dá erro no Firefox

A V4 funciona normalmente no IE, mas quando tento logar no Firefox, dá a mensagem:

Alguém sabe porque ?

Vc tem que dar permissão total na pasta do scriptcase, se vc estiver usando linux a permissão a que me refiro seria: chmod 777 -R… Pois o erro está informando que é falta de permissão!
