Quando vou abrir aparece a seguinte mensagem:

Me falaram que so formatando, alguem ai pode me ajudar ?
Ps.: Uso o windows xp sp3. Quando instalei a primeira vez funcionou, desistalei para usar o php 5.4 a não funcionou mais? Desistalei o 7 sete e nada, só funciona o 6 e o 5.
