In SC I don’t see any way. My SC sever is on linux too.

Hi Luis

My SC is installed in a Linux and I user often MSSQL that is in another server.
I am not expert in Linux and a company runned by a coleege from this forum instaled and manage it very well. The driver we are using is DBLIB instead others I was get used on windows install.

So I guess you can connect MSSQL base from Linux server.

I tried with DBLIB but I am not getting to work. I used freeDTS and it works but very slow.
Could you give me a more information about connection.? thanks

Hi Luis

Wasn’t me who installed. I just use SC in linux connecting a Window Server with MSSQL using DBLIB connection.
Is same situation ? the MSSQL will be in Windows server ? Remember you have to open doors on Windows to be reachable external.

Cheers
