Botão baixar na exportação não funciona

Bom dia,
Meu ambiente de desenvolvimento é uma VM (Virtualbox) com Windows XP e tudo funciona normal na exportação.
Consigo visualizar, baixar e etc o documento exportado.
Meu ambiente de produção é Debian Squeeze com php 5.3.
Para qualquer tipo de exportação que faço se clico em visualizar consigo ver o documento. Seja em pdf, rtf, e etc
Mas se clico em baixar cai em uma página com os dizeres:

What is the Zend Optimizer?

The Zend Optimizer is one of the most popular PHP plugins for performance-improvement, and has been available without charge, since the early days of PHP 4. It improves performance by scanning PHP’s intermediate code and passing it through multiple Optimization Passes to replace inefficient code patterns with more efficient code blocks. Pensei que no ambiente de produção não era necessário ter o zend optimizer instalado.

Estas usando a ultima versão?

Isso so ocorreria se por algum problema(humano) tiver ido algum arquivo zendado na publicação …
vamos fazer alguns testes.

Eu publico o ambiente de produção via ftp direto do scriptcase.
vi que o contéudo do arquivo grid_clientes_download.php ficou assim:

Sim dá para esperar.
Ainda estou na demonstração.
Fechei com o cliente hoje.
Tenho que importar a base dele e etc. Até usar isto mesmo vai levar umas 2 semanas.

Por enquanto baixem esse arquivo http://www.megaupload.com/?d=JHZW1FRZ

e substituam o arquivo que esta em scriptcase/devel/generator.

Esse arquivo é pra ir sem ser zendado. Apos substituir, regerar os fontes da consulta e republicar.
